Aveline Warranty Policy
At Aveline , we have taken great care in developing a high quality product that can stand up to the outdoors. That said, proper care and maintenance is absolutely required to ensure longevity of your furniture. Simple, routine cleanings are critical in the prevention of mold and mildew. Additionally, we advise that you cover your furniture when it is not in use and store it in a dry place during the off-season.
Wicker, by nature, is susceptible to damage in high-moisture environments, so extra care is required if your furniture is placed on grass, near an indoor pool, or near the seaside. For more information about proper care, please see our Care Guide.
What's Covered:
We offer a two-year limited warranty on all Aveline Wicker product lines. Our warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship that cause furniture to be structurally unsound or substantially alter the appearance of our furniture.
Aveline, at its discretion, will repair or replace a part or an entire piece if deemed covered by the limited warranty and defective in material or workmanship.
Furniture styles may change over time. When possible, replacements and repairs will be done in the originally purchased color and style. If we no longer carry your style, we may offer a similar color or style or issue you a store credit for the damaged piece.
Any modifications made to the product by the customer, improper cleaning, or use of chemical treatments will invalidate the warranty.

The Aveline Living Warranty does not cover:
- Non-residential use
- Mold or mildew
- Normal wear and tear from regular use of furniture
- Damage caused by lack of appropriate care and maintenance
- Damage due to misuse or improper assembly
- Use of improper cleaning products or chemicals
- Damage due to vandalism, pets, or rodents
- Minor variations in color and texture of finishes
- Cushions, including flattening and compression
- Acts of nature (ice, flooding, wind, etc.)
- Damage caused by exposure to heat or flame
- Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing temperatures
How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?
To start a claim, please email us at support@avelinefurniture.com to obtain a Claims Form. Once we receive a completed Claims Form with detailed photos of the issue, we will process your claim within two weeks and have a replacement out to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our products are made to order so replacement parts can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.
Warranty FAQ
The Aveline Warranty applies only to our Aveline Wicker products that are purchased through our website. Products purchased on any other platforms are not subject to our warranty.
Products manufactured by Royal Teak, Sunset West, and Elementi are not subject to the Aveline Living Warranty and are eligible for coverage under their individual policies listed below.
Returns
If, for any reason, you're not completely enamored with your order, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll be more than happy to accept the return of any of our products, provided they are in pristine, brand-new condition. We kindly request that you keep this in mind as you start enjoying your Aveline Furniture.

If you don't absolutely love your furniture, we will fully refund you and return it for free. No questions asked.
Our dedicated team will gladly assist you in arranging all the pickup and shipping details. For us to process the refund, we kindly request that the furniture is repackaged in the same manner as it arrived during the initial delivery.
In the rare event that you notice any damage to your furniture after delivery, we urge you to contact us immediately via our Returns Portal. Rest assured, we'll work closely with you to resolve the issue swiftly and to your utmost satisfaction. We kindly ask that you report any visible damage on your furniture within 30 days from the date of delivery. To expedite the resolution process, we greatly appreciate photo evidence of the damage. While our delivery team may sometimes take photos for their damage claims, reaching out to Aveline Furniture directly ensures a prompt response. Remember to retain all packaging until you confirm whether a return or exchange will be necessary.
Please take note that any full or partial returns requested 30-days after the date of delivery are subject to a modest 5% processing fee and a return shipping cost of $250 for all items being returned. Our dedicated team will gladly assist you in arranging all the pickup and shipping details. For us to process the refund, we kindly request that the furniture is repackaged in the same manner as it arrived during the initial delivery.
Once our warehouse safely receives your items, rest assured that all refunds will be promptly credited back to the original form of payment, whether it's through credit card or Affirm financing.

Cancellations
We typically do not accept cancellations. If there was an error in your order, please contact us at support@avelinefurniture.com as soon as possible after ordering. If an order is unable to be cancelled for any reason or if the order is already being shipped, delivery must be completed before a return can be initiated and no cancellations can be made.
