How do I clean and maintain my wicker outdoor furniture?
Wicker
- For normal, daily care, wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- To protect the finish and color, avoid the use of abrasive chemicals, harsh cleaners and rough cleaning pads or polishes.
- Use a hose to clean heavy dirt & debris and allow to air dry.
Cushions & Cushion Covers
- Cover or store indoors or in a dry place when not in use for long periods of time or during inclement weather.
- Periodically brush off dirt before it becomes embedded into the fabric.
- Rinse furniture with a hose to remove all soil and residue and allow to air dry.
- Spot clean stains by hand with mild soap and a soft bristle brush.
- For extremely stubborn stains, use a diluted bleach/soap mixture and spot clean.

Removing cushion covers may damage the lining and filling of the cushions. We do not recommend removing cushion covers to clean stains.
Are your Wicker Furniture handmade?
Our patio sets are made by hand by experienced artisans with over a decade of experience. Each patio set is given the care and attention it deserves. You’ll know each set has been meticulously created and inspected for you.
Are the cushions water resistant?
Yes. Our products feature a tight-weave design that defends against wear and tear, scratches from pets and animals, children, and anything else that may cause a different brand's fabric to rip. Moisture will bead up on the surface instead of seeping through.
Not only does this prevent mold and mildew, it also means stains and spills are easy to wipe away.
Do I need to assemble the products when my order arrives?
Our sets don't require assembly. Your set will come in just a few boxes. All you need to do it open the box, arrange each seat frame, and layer on the cushions.
What material is used for the furniture's frame?
Our frames are made out of lightweight, rust-proof aluminum.
Aluminum is one of the best materials for a patio furniture frame because it is naturally rust and moisture resistant. We apply a unique coating finish to further protect our frame from the elements, including moisture and rust. The frame is lightweight, too, making the patio furniture easy to maneuver and low maintenance.

Can I leave my wicker outdoor furniture outside all year round?
We've worked hard to make our products as water resistant as possible, however, it's recommended to bring them inside when it rains. The cushions will survive occasionally getting wet, but be sure to let them thoroughly dry afterwards.
Are replacement cushions available for purchase?

Do you have a showroom where I can view your wicker outdoor furniture?
In order to offer you the best prices available for high quality Wicker Seating, we are currently only selling through our online store.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship our products throughout the contiguous US only. We do not ship to Canada at this time.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders of products over a certain size (all of our patio sectionals and most larger products) ship via LTL freight.
All of our products are in stock and are ready to ship. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the product to arrive.
The freight company will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment - please be on the lookout for a phone call. LTL shipments do require you or someone else to be present for delivery.
Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?
Yes, an adult over 18 years old will need to be home in order to sign and receive your order as it arrives via large parcel freight delivery service.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order has shipped.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer 30 day returns.
In the unlikely case that you don't love your furniture, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund less the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The furniture or items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on used items, customized items, or individual pieces that were purchased as part of a full set. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at support@avelinefurniture.com with your order number.
Our wicker patio furniture sets are handwoven, and we think you'll love their beautiful design and craftsmanship. Please expect small variations in sets and set dimensions due to this manufacturing process.
All products sold via clearance sale are final sale and are ineligible for returns.

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a two-year limited warranty on all Aveline Wicker product lines. Our warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship that cause furniture to be structurally unsound or substantially alter the appearance of our furniture.
Aveline Furniture, at its discretion, will repair or replace a part or an entire piece if deemed covered by the limited warranty and defective in material or workmanship.
Furniture styles may change over time. When possible, replacements and repairs will be done in the originally purchased color and style. If we no longer carry your style, we may offer a similar color or style or issue you a store credit for the damaged piece.
Any modifications made to the product by the customer, improper cleaning, or use of chemical treatments will invalidate the warranty.
We do not offer returns on products ordered via clearance sale.
